The platform suffered from inconsistent visuals, disconnected workflows, and an outdated interface that made navigation difficult for users. As Schoox shifted toward a unified platform, the design team needed a scalable and cohesive system that could support both learners and administrators across web and mobile.

This included improved layouts, consistent visual patterns, clearer information architecture, and a more intuitive navigation structure.
